House of Food Porn is a private, chef-driven dining concept by Chef Franco Antonio Blanco in Miami, FL (Little Haiti / Little River neighborhood). Up to 12 guests share one communal table for a multi-course tasting menu in Chef Franco's signature "Amicasa" format — Italian for "at my house." The dining style, called "ShuShi," is inspired by Japanese kaiseki and omakase traditions but blends global culinary techniques. ShuShi is not sushi and not fusion — it's a signature format combining kaiseki precision with global flavors.
